PumpBear was founded by a small team of veterans and military families who wanted apparel that actually says something — not generic merch, not stock designs, but pieces that honor service with the respect it deserves.
Our Story
Every Pump Bear design starts with a conversation: with the veteran who carried it, the spouse who waited for the call, the kid who proudly wore mom or dad's old service shirt. We design in collaboration with the community we serve, then turn those stories into hoodies, polos, jackets, flags, and Hawaiian shirts that veterans actually want to wear.
How We Make It
We are honest about what we do:
- Designed in the United States — every artwork, every color choice, every layout is created by our small US-based design team.
- Produced in China — we partner with experienced print-on-demand factories in China who deliver consistent quality at prices a veteran on a fixed income can afford.
- Made-to-order — nothing is printed until you order it. No overstock, no waste, no inventory sitting in a warehouse.
We considered domestic manufacturing, but the cost would have priced our apparel out of reach for the people we want to serve. Our compromise: world-class designs, world-class production, and a fair price for the veteran who earned it.
