Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information PumpBear ("we") collects when you visit pumpbear.com or buy from us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Order information — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, the items and personalization you order. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal); we never see or store your full card number.
• Account information — if you create an account: your email, name, saved addresses and order history.
• Device and usage information — IP address, browser, pages viewed, how you reached the site (including ad click identifiers and campaign tags), collected with cookies, log files and pixels.
• Messages — what you send us by email, chat or the contact form.

How we use it

To make and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud, keep the site working and improve it, and — in line with your choices — send marketing emails and show you relevant ads.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the store, for those purposes:

• Production and shipping — our print partners and carriers (name, address, phone, items).
• Payments — Stripe and PayPal.
• Email and support — Klaviyo (order and marketing emails), our support chat and email providers.
• Analytics and advertising — Google (Analytics, Ads, Merchant Center) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). These may use cookies and pixels to measure ads and show you ads on other sites.
• Hosting and infrastructure — our hosting, database and content-delivery providers (including Cloudflare).

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We don't sell your personal information for money.

Your choices

• Cookies and ads — use Cookie choices in the site footer to turn off advertising and analytics cookies at any time. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out of "selling" or "sharing" for targeted advertising.
• Marketing email — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• Your rights — depending on where you live (for example California and other US states), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email contact@pumpbear.com; we respond within 45 days and won't treat you differently for using these rights.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Ad and analytics identifiers attached to orders are removed after 90 days. After you order, we remember your contact and shipping details on that device (a cookie, not your IP address) so your next checkout is filled in for you; choose Forget this device at checkout to remove them, and we delete them after a year without use. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy; the date below shows the latest version.
