If you believe content on PumpBear infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the procedure below. This policy governs the process between the reporting party ("Reporter") and the store owner ("we") only.
A. How to report infringement
Send a written notice to contact@pumpbear.com with the subject "IP claim", including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property right claimed to be infringed, including registration numbers if applicable;
- Identification of the content alleged to be infringing and its location on the website (product links), in enough detail for us to find it;
- Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on its behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
B. Our review and response
When we receive a complete notice, we review the reported content in good faith. We may, at our sole discretion:
- remove, disable or modify the reported content and tell you what we did;
- decline to act and explain why in writing — for example where the notice is incomplete, unsupported, or does not reasonably show infringement; or
- ask you for more information or clarification to complete our review.
Any action or inaction under this section is for dispute-resolution purposes only and is not an admission of infringement, wrongdoing or legal liability. Anyone who knowingly submits a false, misleading or fraudulent claim or response may be liable under applicable law.
