Shipping Policy

Every PumpBear item is made to order — printed for you after you order, not pulled off a shelf. That is why it takes a little longer than off-the-shelf shipping, and why there is no overstock waste.
How long it takes

Orders placed on weekends or US holidays start production the next business day. Peak season (November–December) can add a few days — order holiday gifts early.
Shipping rates
- Standard tracked shipping: $5.99 per order
- FREE shipping on orders of $95 or more (after discounts)
We ship within the United States, including PO boxes. We can't ship to APO/FPO military addresses, and we don't offer express shipping — every order uses the same tracked standard service.
Tracking
When your order ships you get an email with the tracking number. You can also check any time on the Order tracking page with your order number and email. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan after the label is created.
Delays, lost or damaged packages
- No tracking movement for 10 business days, or marked delivered but not received? Email us — we work with the carrier and, if the package is lost, we re-ship your order free.
- Wrong address? Double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we can re-ship it once you confirm the address (shipping is charged again).
